End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User" or "You") and Custom Cursor World ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). It governs your use of our software, extensions, and digital assets ("Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Important: If you do not agree to this Agreement, please do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

License type: This is a personal, non-commercial license. Commercial use requires separate authorization.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
Distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except as expressly permitted by law
Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us.

4. Updates

We may provide updates or modifications to improve the Software. These may be installed automatically. This Agreement applies to all updates unless accompanied by a separate license.

5. User Content & Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use and incorporate them into the Software without compensation.

6. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. We may terminate your rights immediately if you fail to comply with any provision. Upon termination, you must cease all use and uninstall the Software.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
