If you believe content available on or through our site or browser extensions infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our Designated Agent including ALL of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient information to locate it (URL to the specific page/asset, extension screen, etc.).
- Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature (typed full name is acceptable for electronic submissions).
Send your notice to: [email protected] or by mail to: DMCA Agent, Custom Cursor World, [Street Address], [City], [Country].
Upon receipt of a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the content and notify the user who posted it.
2) Counter-Notice (17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3))
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include ALL of the following:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled (URL).
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or that person’s agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature (typed full name is acceptable for electronic submissions).
Send your counter-notice to: [email protected]. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original claimant informs us they’ve filed court action.
3) Repeat Infringer Policy
In appropriate circumstances, we may terminate or suspend accounts and/or access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to remove content at our discretion when it allegedly infringes third-party rights.
